Coachella (officially called Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, and sometimes known as Coachella Festival) is an annual music and arts festival held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, in the Coachella Valley in the Colorado Desert.
It was co-founded by Paul Tollett and Rick Van Santen in 1999, and is organized by Goldenvoice, a subsidiary of AEG Presents. The event features musical artists from many genres of music, including rock, pop, indie, hip hop and electronic dance music, as well as art installations and sculptures. Across the grounds, several stages continuously host live music.

The brand includes 2 hotels: the first one is called The Ushuaïa Club and was opened in 2011 on the Balearic island of Ibiza. The second hotel, called The Ushuaïa Tower, opened a year later in 2012. Both hotels are located in Platja d'en Bossa, Ibiza.
The club has a capacity of over 7,000 people, and is one of the largest clubs in Ibiza. The club has hosted many notable DJs
