Mariel Ito, the electro alias of Maceo Plex is being rivived after 12 years

After 12 Year Eric Estornel also knowed as Maceo Plex is reviving his electro alias Mariel Ito.


 
Eric is coming back as Mariel this time wiht two new EPs and a retrospective album on R&S Records. One EP which named "2e Komst" is coming on his Lone Romantic label on January 26. In May 2018 Maceo will release Mariel Ito's retrospective LP, also on R&S, titled "2000-2005" featuring unreleased tracks of this period.


 
A second EP will be released on R&S later in the summer.

Mariel Ito's alias was active between 2005-2006, and it was Estornel's outlet for his electro and IDM productions, with releases on labels like Modern Love and SCSI-AV.
